I started employment in October of 2002, as a Market Research Representative. Because of my excellent quality, attendance and completes per hour, I got promoted to a supervisor in February 2003. I worked as a supervisor for a few years and was then promoted to manager. I love my job and consider myself a people person. I try to establish relationships with all of my co-workers. Customer Contact is one of the most interesting jobs I’ve ever had. I like to call this place “All walks of life”, I have met and am still meeting some of the most interesting and talented people I’ve ever met. Customer Contact has become a very nice place to work during my time here and I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
I began my employment at CCI in December of 2008 as an interviewer conducting market research studies. In November of 2010 I was grateful to be offered the opportunity to become a supervisor. I have continued those duties since. My time here has been enjoyable and productive and has allowed me to grow as a professional.
When I first began working at CCI as an interviewer I didn’t see this job as a long-term option. However, the longer I worked here the more and more engulfed I became with the belief that what we do here at CCI is truly beneficial for the public. After an extended period of time working on the phones I was offered a supervisor position, and have conducted those duties ever since.
I started off at CCI working the phones. The first 8 years of my employment here at CCI has helped me grow into a productive and driven employee. When I was given the opportunity last year to become a supervisor I knew that in order to grow even more as a professional, I had to take the position.
I’m currently the office manager of Customer Contact’s Washington location. My objectives are recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching. My incredible organizational skills keeps the team running smoothly. I’ve been with the company for eight years.
I have worked at the Washington CCI location for the past 2 ½ years. I started as an interviewer, then a monitor, then floor supervisor before settling in as the assistant office manager. I was an E.M.T/firefighter for 20 years.
I came to the Washington CCI location in 2012 as an interviewer. In 2013 I became a monitor and in 2014 I was fortunate enough to become a supervisor. I also conduct the training classes for new employees.
